In the navigation bar on the left, a description of information on this web application is available. Each main section (Company, Safety, etc.) contains a brief list about each sub-section to help navigate you to the right help section. In addition, answers to frequently asked questions are available.

Accounts can be accessed by clicking your company's name in the navigation bar and clicking on "Accounts" or by following this link.
New accounts can be created using the sign up button. In order to create an account you should have a valid email address, and a secure password. After the account has been created, you should wait untill it gets verified to access the company data. Immediately after your account status changes, an email will be sent to your email address. This process usually takes up to two business days.
Company administrators have full access to the web application and can modify all aspects of training videos, jobs, safety data, etc. Non-administrator accounts only have access to the training videos, safety rankings, and safety charts. These accounts do not have access to alter any data on the web application except for their login information.
The company name can be changed by clicking your current company's name in the navigation bar and clicking on "Company" or follow this link.
Departments can be accessed by clicking your company's name in the navigation bar and clicking "Departments" or by following this link.
New departments for your company can be created using the Add a New Department button in the top left.
Deleting a department will delete ALL associated data with the department. This will delete any jobs, safety data, training videos, questions, and answers that belong to the department. The action is IRREVERSIBLE and will permanently delete the associated data. Only delete a department if you are absolutely sure.
Jobs can be accessed by clicking your company's name in the navigation bar and clicking "Departments" or by following this link. You can view the departmental jobs by clicking on the dropdown menu next to each department.
New jobs for your company can be created using the New Job button next to the associated department. Remember to create your departments before creating your jobs so that you can associate a job to a department.
Deleting a job will delete ALL associated data with the job. This will delete any safety data, training videos, questions, and answers that belong to the job. The action is IRREVERSIBLE and will permanently delete the associated data. Only delete a job if you are absolutely sure.
Videos can be uploaded to a job by clicking the Video button on the right side of each job in the Jobs table. Please wait for the video to be completely uploaded before clicking any buttons. Video upload time may take several minutes depending on the size of the video. Multiple videos can be uploaded to each job.
Deleting a video will delete ALL associated data with the video. This will delete any questions and answers that belong to the video. The action is IRREVERSIBLE and will permanently delete the associated data.
Employees can be accessed by clicking your company's name in the navigation bar and clicking "Employees" or by following this link.
Employees can be created using the Add a New Employee button in the top left or by following this link link. The information that will need to be entered is:
Deleting an employee will delete ALL associated data with the employee. This will delete any safety data that belongs to the employee. The action is IRREVERSIBLE and will permanently delete the associated data.
A single new observation can be added by clicking "Data" in the navigation bar and clicking "Upload Single Record" or by following this link. Some information must be entered, such as:
Bulk uploading of data can be accessed by clicking "Data" in the navigation bar and clicking "Bulk Upload" or by following this link.
The safety data table can be viewed by clicking "Data" in the navigation bar and clicking "Tables" or by following this link.
From the dropdown on the top of the page you can select the columns to add to the table. Additionally, you can sort the table based on each column, and search for a specific value in the whole table.
If you are a verified user and if there is uploaded data from your company on our database, the safety charts can be viewed on your homepage. Two type of charts will appear on your homepage, and you can choose different variables that will populate the graphs from dropdown menus at the top of the page. Additionally, you can select different body parts on the human anatomy graph to filter the data for a specified body part.
You can filter data for any department, job and employee by the dropdowns that exist on top of the page.
By default, the charts present the first element of each dropdown menu.
The training module can be accessed by clicking the "Training" button in the navigation bar or by following this link. The training module is only a view for the jobs, videos, questions, and answers that have been created. To modify any of these components visit the Jobs-Videos documentation.
